Help! I can’t touch my toes!

My Toes are so far away!

As an aging Gen Xer, my body is demanding some long over maintenance. Stiff neck, shoulder impingement, lower back pain, lack of abdominal support and an overall decrease in my range of motion have motivated me to take better care of the body that moves me about this world.

Physical health is also closely related to mental health. Reducing stress, taking time to reflect on our day, and practing gratitude greatly increase our overall emotional and mental wellbeing. This in turn helps drive an inner motivation for improved physical health.

Over the next 30 days, i’m going to put my daily Wellness plan to work. Follow along and see if just spending 1 hour a day on self care will generate the results i’m after.
